In order to participate in the U.S. Academy of Sciences in Washington sponsored by the traffic problems of the elderly a international conference in Los Angeles some days back in late August. The people there will occur an average of fourteen years in a car accident. From my own experience driving in Washington, this figure is not outrageous.
So the capital in the United States to drive people to be careful, in addition to deal with traffic congestion, but also to avoid accidents.
